What data

Only what an order needs:

• name, email address, phone number;
• delivery address (for a delivery) and, if you ask for an invoice, company name and VAT number;
• the content of your orders, payments and any refunds;
• with a customer account: saved addresses, loyalty points and credit notes.

Why

To carry out your order (contract): prepare, deliver, keep you informed, manage your account. To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation). No advertising, no resale and no automated decision.

Recipients

The shop and its staff (preparation, delivery), the Comptoir platform that hosts the site, an email service for confirmations, and the payment provider Mollie for online payments. Some providers may process data outside the European Union; these transfers are covered by the safeguards of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

How long

• Orders: as long as Belgian accounting and tax law requires (7 to 10 years depending on the document).
• Customer account: as long as it exists; you can delete it at any time.
• Sign-in link: 15 minutes; session: 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. In “My account → My data” you can download your data or delete your account (name, email, phone and addresses are erased; orders stay for the accounts, without your identity).
